The Browns

Rodney and Julie Brown have lived in the area for 25 years and have been actively involved in the community. They have five children and volunteer every year in their schools. Rodney is a coach for the Holly Springs Park and Recreation basketball program and has coached the teams for the past three years.  Rodney and Julie are both degreed (honors) individuals that have raised 2 college graduates (honors and one of them played NCAA Div II golf), 1 college sophomore (honors and NCAA Div III basketball athlete), and two middle schoolers (honors). We know how to promote education.

Rodney and Julie Brown are both successful business owners for many years in businesses that are compliance heavy. We know how to follow the rules and regulations. We know that our primary role is to not only educate and prepare kids, but to ensure that each child remains safe at all times and that each adult responsible for their care is held accountable. Unfortunately at this time Julie Brown is battling stage 4 breast cancer, although we miss her daily presence at the center, we know she will be back when she defeats this terrible disease.

Jasmine Brown

Eldest daughter to Rodney and Julie Brown, Jasmine is an author, swim coach, and role model to all in the community. She has gracefully stepped up in her role at LAP as the co-director.

She loves God, her siblings, and football! She started a non-profit back in 2018 to teach financial literacy to high school students. For more information about her or her books you can check out her website, www.jasminetheauthor.com.
